EMSolution® EHS Manager - NEPA Manager

Whether you are a government organization or an industry company, change management and environmental, health and safety (EHS) project review can be a significant challenge to your organization. Use the EMSolution® NEPA Manager to perform EHS project reviews of proposed actions that may result in changes to the organization’s EHS aspects or that trigger compliance requirements.

Features include:

  • Users submit proposed actions to EHS Staff for review through an easy to use, web-based interface
  • Route proposed actions to EHS Staff for media-specific comments
  • Identify environmental aspects, compliance issues and related tasks for proposed projects and determine need for formal EHS Assessments related to proposed actions
  • Notify proponents of environmental issues related to proposed actions and required action items (e.g., new permits, compliance plans, environmental assessments, “no actions required”, etc.)
  • Record NEPA determinations and specify Categorical Exclusions that justify determinations, if applicable, and generate final NEPA documentation
  • Submit proposed actions and results of EHS reviews to managers and legal counsel
  • Document process in a simple to use, web-based application
